Actor Albert Martinez couldn’t help but to admit that he felt nervous about working with Kapamilya star Bea Alonzo as they worked together in upcoming ABS-CBN TV series, “Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon.”

According to the 53-year-old veteran actor, he was thrilled working with Bea Alonzo particularly doing love scenes with the 26-year-old actress.

Albert Martinez noted that aside from their age gap, doing love scene anew was also a challenge for him. The multi-awarded actor did a such scene for the 1999 film “Scorpio Nights 2″ along with Joyce Jimenez.

Based upon the report of ABS-CBNnews.com, Albert Martinez will portray the role of Leo, the husband Emmanuelle, a spunky lawyer played by Bea Alonzo.

“Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon” which set to premiere on June 16, 2014 on ABS-CBN’s Primetime Bida block also stars with Paulo Avelino, Maricar Reyes, Dina Bonnevie, Tonton Gutierrez, Anita Linda, Susan Roces and Eddie Garcia.

The upcoming TV series of the country’s largest network is a collaboration of the country’s finest stars who reigned in their respective generations. “Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon” is expected to dominate in nationwide ratings.

“Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon” is directed by Trina Dayrit and Jerome Pabucan. The romantic-drama series is being tagged to surpass the ratings of the much talked about series, “The Legal Wife” which is slated to end on June 13, 2014.
