In an interview with “The Buzz” aired on Sunday May 25, 2014, the 25-year-old star said that she has no issue with Angel Locsin even she got hurt in the brawl scene.
She also said that they are both professionals in their work and they have done it as part of their job in the top-rating series. She added that sometimes they cannot avoid to be carried away by their emotions in the scenes.
The confrontation scene which was aired on May 21, 2014, showed Monica (Angel Locsin) attacked Nichole (Maja Salvador) after she learned that she saw her husband Adrian (Jericho Rosales) recently Monica became violent and hold Nichole’s hair and hit her for many times. She only calmed down when Nichole said that she is pregnant and carrying Adrian’s child.
Maja Salvador said that she and Angel Locsin immediately hugged each other after the scene and Locsin keeps on saying sorry to her.
She said “Grabe yung yakapan namin sa isa’t isa tapos si Angel, sorry nang sorry.”
Last week, Matet De Leon, who is part of the cast revealed that Maja Salvador have sustained bruises from the scene.
“May pasa si Maja dito (points behind ear) atsaka sa batok. Namamaga,” she told in an interview with ABS-CBN News Mario Dumaual.
“The Legal Wife”, directed by Dado Lumibao and Rory Quintos airs every weeknights and it is now down to its last three weeks.
