Anne Curtis took the Instagram on morning andshare the products she brought to prevent jellyfish sting when she went back to Batangas.
She captioned it: “Getting back into the ocean water where I got stung by the box jellyfish for the first time today. A little nervous, but this time, I come prepared! Thank you @markednicdao @ranvelrufino @banxlorenzo for these. It might not go a long way against something so deadly and poinsonous but hey, it’s better than nothing. Eeeeep. I can do this!!! Time to get over that fear. I love the ocean too much.”
The “It’s Showtime” host was stung by a dangerous box jellyfish on April 2, 2014 and she was rushed to nearby hospitals in Batangas before she was moved to St. Luke’s Medical Center.
The 29-year-actress said that she felt lucky that she was not fatal and she also considers her life now as a second life after she was stung.
Many of her fans and supporters commented to the photo and told her to take care so the incident will not happen again.
Meanwhile, Anne Curtis has successfully held his second major concert dubbed as “The Forbidden Concert: Annekapal Round 2” at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on May 16, 2014.
