Carla Abellana and Tom Rodriguez will be working together again in GMA’s newest soap opera entitled “My Destiny” after their last appearance in the controversial series “My Husband’s Lover”.
In an interview with Philippine Entertainment Portal (pep.ph), the 27-year-old actress was asked about her condition following her break-up with actor Geoff Eigenmann.
Carla Abella said that she is okay and she is happy with her life now but she admitted there are times that she remembered their past romance.
“May mga times siyempre na tatamaan ka pa rin. May mga times na hindi mo mapipigilang maalala ang mga bagay-bagay, ganyan,” she said.
Asked if Tom Rodriguez was the one who was helping her to move on, Carla Abellana said that he is helping in many ways but not in forgetting her past.
She also laughed when she was asked if it is possible to her to fall in love with him since most of the showbiz couple started their relationship through working together. “Tanungin n’yo siya! Siya na lang ang tanungin n’yo,” she said.
Carla Abellana added that their focus is on their soap because it’s a blessing and opportunity for them to be able to work in a series again.
Aside from her new soap, Carla Abellana will be working also for GMA sitcom “Small Family” with actor-host Ryan Agoncillo.
