According to the couple, they found ” a new reason to live” after becoming parents. The two noted that their first baby inspired them to become better persons and parents.
“Ang mga pagbabago sa amin bilang magulang is mayroon na kaming inspirasyon. Mas mayroon kaming dahilan para mabuhay. Sa totoo lang, natatakot na akong mamatay dahil kay baby. Kasi parang, paano kung mamatay ako, sino ang mag-aalaga kay baby? Pero dahil kay baby, mayroon na akong dahilan para mabuhay, dahilan mag-work, dahilan maging happy. Ang sarap ng feeling maging mommy,” Cantiveros said.
Jason Francisco on the other hand shared his happiness following the birth of his first child with Melissa.
Melai Cantiveros stressed that she is slowly learning many things although she is a first-time mom. She gave birth to her first child with Jason Francisco last April 3, 2014.
Melai and Jason first met when they joined in the country’s most popular reality show, Pinoy Big Brother in 2009. Their romance ventured outside the house as they settled into next level following their star-studded wedding in December last year.
Melai Cantiveros , 25, and Jason Francisco, 26, nuptials in Holy Cross Parish in General Santos City was attended by renowned celebrities in the country including boxing superstar and Sarangani Representative Manny Pacquiao.
