During the press conference for the series, Trina Dayrit and Jerome Pabucan said that they felt nervous because “The Legal Wife” was really a great hit but they are also confident that get high ratings.“Siyempre I think may (pressure din) dahil malakas ang show na papalitan namin pero ako naman kasi I’m confident with the show, maganda ang proyekto, maganda ang materyal, magaling ang mga artista, maganda ang script,” Jerome Pabucan said.
He added that it will draw a lot of viewers since he thinks that the over all concept of the series is good.
Trina Dayrit, for her part, agreed to her co-director and she is also confident because she trust the productions and they really did their best to come up with a good and relatable story.
Bea Alonzo spoke also on the behalf of the casts and said that she also felt pressured but she thinks that a lot of people will watch and support them since everyone of them did their best.
The series also stars Paulo Avelino, Albert Martinez, Maricar Reyes, Tonton Gutierrez, Dina Bonnevie, Susan Roces, Anita Linda and Eddie Garcia.
“Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon” will debut on June 16, 2014 after “Ikaw Lamang” on ABS-CBN.
