According to the 40-year-old former Kapuso host-turned-Kapamilya star, his “impostor” whom he identified as a certain Kenneth Dayrit is a notorious “budol-budol” member, a group which operates in the country that steals items or money.

“Beware! Ang impostor kong si Kenneth Dayrit aka Sugar ay nagkakalat na naman ng lagim. Madalas sya sa Parañaque/Muntinlupa area bilang taga don sya. Wag kayong magkakamali na magpapicture sa kanya tulad ng isang ito at baka kayo manakawan or mahuthutan. May sa budol-budol ang baklang yan. Sa QC ako madalas bilang taga dito ako. Hindi ako maingay sa tunay na buhay. Higit sa lahat, hindi po ako nag gogrocery ng nakatube at shades (lalo pa at walang bra). Maryosep! Ingat!”
John Lapus who have just returned on Kapamilya network now stars on top-rating primetime series, “Mirabella” who is more popular for his role as Paeng Robles, the foster father of Julia Barretto or Mirabella.
The blockbuster comedian who had an impeding rift with fellow comedian Vice Ganda reportedly settled their issue. The two Kapamilya hosts were spotted in an event together.
Their settlement was confirmed by ABS-CBN TV Head John Salut who shared a photo of them embracing each other as they “kiss & make up.”
