The daughter of Marjorie Barretto has already moved from the issue after the multi-awarded actress recently called her as “disrespectful” niece after she allegedly attacked Claudine through her Twitter posts.
In an interview with Pep.ph on Thursday June 19, 2014, Dani Barretto said that though their family has not fixed the rift yet, life must still go on for them.
“Nasaktan ang both parties pero marami rin kasing misunderstandings at ‘di siya naayos kasi ‘di napag-usapan but like what I said, it’s behind me na. Life goes on na,” she said.
She added that they do not dwell on the past because they focus on the things that makes them busy like her who is busy blogging and sister Julia Barretto who is also busy on her work in showbiz.
Dani Barretto shared also the things she have learn from what happened. According to her, she should be more cautious on posting things in the social media sites because it might be misinterpreted by other people.
She also prefers to immediately move on from what happened or else it will bring burden to her life and to stand up every time she will fall.
Dani Barretto refused to give her words to Caudine Barrettto when she was asked to give message to her auntie to avoid controversies. Despite of the issues surrounding her family, she is still proud to be Barretto.
